3. Payments

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations 30 days in advance: Full refund.

• Cancellations less than 2 days before arrival or no-show: No refund.

• MCP provides tailored travel planning, transport, tickets, excursions, and medical travel assistance.

• Medical travel assistance may include transport to appointments and translator support.

• Female drivers are available exclusively for women’s groups.

• Users must provide accurate personal and medical information to ensure safe and effective service. MCP is not liable for issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information.

6. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal, travel, and payment information.

• Comply with local laws, entry requirements, and medical regulations during travel.

• Behave respectfully during transport, excursions, and other MCP-arranged activities.
